Shipping Info
 

Confirm

A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order meets authorization. We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified. With this sort of time frame, it makes it difficult for us to change or cancel your order, however, we will do our best to support your request.

 

Processing

It usually takes 1-4 business days for your order (while some items may need 6-9 business days). We will send you an email if the processing time takes longer than expected. 

 

Shipping

We offer shipping by weight via UPS (United Parcel Service). All packages are shipped via ground to its destination. We ship to a physical addresses, not a P.O. Boxes.

 

 

 

What are your delivery options?
 

We exclusively ship via UPS (United Parcel Service). You tracking number and the express company website link will be sent in e-mail immediately after we ship the order out. We will also e-mail you if there is any unsuccessful delivery. After you receive the order you purchased, you are free to write a review.

 

 

 

What are my payment options?
 

There are different secure ways you can pay for your Sayallures orders.

Paying with PayPal

With PayPal, you can send payment quickly and securely online.

  1. Through PayPal, you can pay with credit card, debit card, or bank account balance.

  2. Once your order is submitted, you will be redirected to PayPal's site where you can make your payment.


Advantages with using PayPal:

  • Payment is traceable. You can trace the status of your payment using your PayPal account.

  • Payment does not require you to use your credit card online (you can transfer directly from your bank account). Sayallures doesn't see your credit card number (it is safely encrypted through PayPal's server), which limits the risk of unauthorized use.
     

Do you provide International delivery?
 

We do ship International by way of UPS (United Parcel Service). All applicable shipping fees will be included.

  1. Due to customs clearance times getting progressively longer, e.g. due to more stringent security checks, please be advised that Standard Rate Shipping and China Post times have been affected

  2. Processing time: In order to guarantee the quality of our products, Rosewe.com has to prepare your goods carefully before they are shipped out. Our professionally trained technicians perform strict in-house quality control checks on all products and carefully package your items to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.

 

Custom Tax or Duty

Normally customers will not be charged of any additional fees via regular mail. However, due to increasingly strict customs inspection, sometimes customers may have to pay tariff.

 

 

 

What is your returns/exchange policy?
 

30 Days easy return/exchange

We have a high quality control standard to ensure sure all the products we ship are in perfect condition. If you are not 100% satisfied with the items you received Sayallures will accept returns or exchange items that are unworn, in new condition, unaltered, free of damages by the customer for store credit only. No cash refund within 30 days from the receipt of original purchase. Items cannot be exchanged or returned after 30 days from original receipt purchase. Items must be returned with all Sayallures tags attached to merchandise and must be in their original packaging (example: shoeboxes and poly bags). Bathing-suits and under garments cannot be returned. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.

  1. You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you, if not, you can certainly come to us within 30 days of receipt.

  2. Flash sale products are final sale and jewelry are not covered by for returns

  3. Returns must be received in new condition; unused, unworn, unwashed. Items returned with obvious use, makeup, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains will be subject to refusal.

  4. We do not accept packages returned using C.O.D. service. Return shipping charges are non-refundable..

  5. For the returns, No signature required! Please do not add signature service otherwise we are highly likely not to receive it and this will delay your refund progress.

  6. Please also do not mail any envelopes to the return address for inquiry. we will discard the letter automatically. The best way to communicate and solve your problem is through phone or email.
